Storykeepers Price List
Preserving your family’s legacy.
At Storykeepers, we carefully digitise, restore and preserve family photographs, albums, slides, negatives and written captions so they can be enjoyed, shared and passed on.
Every collection is different. Some photographs simply need careful scanning, while others require sorting, album handling, caption preservation, restoration, print preparation or design work. The prices below are intended as a clear guide, and we will always confirm the best approach before work begins.

Photo album scanning
Album scanning is priced according to album type, as different albums require very different handling methods. We assess each album before confirming the safest and most appropriate approach.
Flip / sleeve albums
Modern plastic pocket albums where photographs can usually be removed and replaced safely.
Corner-mount albums
Traditional albums where photographs are held using paper or plastic photo corners.
Magnetic / sticky albums
Self-adhesive albums with plastic overlays. These are often fragile and may carry a higher risk of damage.
Fixed, bound or scrapbook albums
Albums where photographs are glued, integrated, mounted, layered or otherwise difficult to remove safely.
03 · Our signature service
Caption preservation
Names, dates, places and handwritten notes are often as important as the photographs themselves. Our caption preservation service helps keep this information connected to the images for the future.
Reverse scanning
Each photograph is scanned front and back, capturing handwritten notes, names, dates, places and family details.
Caption transcription
Handwritten captions, notes and details are typed into a structured keepsake document.
Metadata embedding
Where appropriate, transcribed captions can be embedded into the image files so key information travels with the photograph digitally.
04
