PRESERVE. SHARE. REMEMBER.

Every photograph holds a story.
Let’s keep yours alive.

Careful digitising, restoration and creation of beautiful family archives, framed pieces and legacy story books from old photographs, albums, slides and negatives.

Tucked in a cupboard. Stored in the loft. Passed down through the family. Full of faces, places and moments that once meant enough to be captured on film.

We help families preserve those photographs with care — scanning, restoring, organising and reimagining them so they can be shared, displayed, gifted and passed on.

WHY IT MATTERS

Every family has photographs waiting to be found again.

They’re in boxes, albums, envelopes and drawers. Kept in the loft, tucked into cupboards, passed down through the family, or left untouched because no one quite knows where to begin.

Often, it takes a life moment to bring them back into view — a house move, a bereavement, a special birthday, a family celebration, or the wish to create a meaningful gift or memorial.

Sometimes it is simply the quiet realisation that photographs are fading, family stories are becoming harder to remember, or someone close to you might benefit from seeing familiar faces and moments again.

You may be here because…

  • You’ve inherited a box of family photographs.

  • You’re moving house or helping someone downsize.

  • A bereavement has brought old photographs back into view.

  • You want to create a meaningful gift or memorial.

  • You’re worried photographs are fading or being lost.

  • You know these photographs matter, but don’t know where to start.

MEET RICHARD & KRIS

A personal service, born from our own family photographs.

Storykeepers is a new service run by us, Rich and Kris Clapp.

The idea began close to home. Kris lost both of her parents over a decade ago, and during a recent loft declutter we found a box of family photographs documenting their lives — from their early years through to her Dad’s 90th birthday.

Inside that box were more than pictures. There were familiar faces, handwritten notes, half-remembered moments and stories we didn’t want to lose.

With Rich’s background in professional photography, image restoration and print, the next step felt natural.

WHAT WE DO

Preserve, restore and reimagine your family photos

Some families come to us with a box of loose photographs. Others have fragile albums, hidden slides, faded portraits or negatives they can no longer view.

Some want a simple digital backup. Others want help creating restored prints, framed pieces, boxed reprints or legacy story books that can be shared and passed on.

At Storykeepers, we help you turn old family photographs into something safer, clearer and more meaningful.
